How do you get one of these apartments?

You can apply for an apartment with us, Azubiwerk Aachen, if you a) have an apprenticeship contract, b) have at least one year left in your first apprenticeship, and c) have no negative SCHUFA entry. If you are not yet of legal age, we also need the consent of your parents/one parent for your complete application, and later for the rental agreement.

Your application

We want to ensure all apartments designated for trainees are rented out. Therefore, we are only seeking serious and committed applications. Only when your application is complete will you be added to our shortlist and receive an appointment from gewoge AG for an apartment viewing in the first quarter of 2026.

What is the timeline?

We need your complete application by February 27th at: kontakt@azubiwerk-aachen.de

We compile a shortlist of candidates from the applications and forward it to gewoge AG.
In March, gewoge AG will offer a viewing appointment for the apartments, which you should attend.
A few days later, there will be a meeting to sign the lease agreements.
You must be present here (or your parents, if you are not yet of legal age).
